1. Use, scope and purpose of storage and processing

We store and process personal data for the purposes of maintaining contact with customers, marketing communications via email, sales promotion, customer profiling with the aim of offering personalised content and products to customers in emails and on websites. When we send emails, we record impressions on the individual’s page of the messages received and clicks on links in the messages received. In order to provide better and more targeted offers and to tailor follow-up messages, we automatically process, analyse, profile and evaluate the interest of our customers in the messages we send. We do not make automated decisions based on the data recorded and the profiles created.

For the purpose of email communication, we store the following data:

We collect personal data with the explicit consent of individuals. Consents are kept together with their content and the content of the form used to obtain them.

1. Storage period

Until we withdraw consent to the storage and processing of data, we keep the personal data collected from individuals. In the event that the consent of the data subject is withdrawn, we shall immediately delete the personal data permanent

Should the purposes for which we store and process personal data as described above cease to exist in our company, we will immediately and permanently delete the databases whose purpose has ceased.

We keep data on impressions of received messages and clicks on links in received messages for 12 months after the message was sent.

1. How we protect the personal data we collect

We only ever provide content and information, and never ask for credit card numbers or other information that could be misused by cyber criminals. The www.luxe-apartments.si website is hosted on a secure web server with a verified web service provider.

We use the collected personal data exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes of our own marketing, informing users. We do not pass the data on to third parties, with the exception of partners who help us maintain the website, who are obliged to protect personal data under the same conditions as we are.

In exceptional cases, we may, in accordance with the law, disclose your personal data to state and security authorities in the event that they make an official request for the disclosure of personal data.

termination of processing and storage or withdrawal of consent to processing and storage, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent or consent until its withdrawal.

The request may be sent by e-mail to info@luxe-apartments.si with the subject line “WITHDRAWAL ! – termination of the use of personal data” or in writing by post to the company’s registered office.

In the event that our company wishes to further process personal data for a purpose other than that for which the personal data were collected, we will provide the data subject with information about this other purpose and any further relevant information, as set out in this document, before such further processing.

Any individual may, at any time, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia – if he or she considers that his or her rights with regard to the protection of personal data have been violated by us in any way:
